One game in Florida started it all
My baseball journey began in 2016, watching the Tampa Bay Rays play the New York Yankees in Florida. When I discovered that a team had just been set up where I lived, I got involved and never looked back.
Since then, baseball has become a huge part of my life. It has given me the chance to play a sport I love, meet some great people and build lifelong friendships that go far beyond the field.
More than just a game
There are moments I’ll always remember: hitting my first home run, having a near immaculate inning of facing three batters from the mound and striking all three out on just 13 pitches, helping my team win games and improve together.
I’ve also set up a baseball team in North Devon from scratch and coached tournament teams. One of my proudest achievements is having four trophies to my name, with a team record of 18 wins and just one loss across those four tournaments.
As much as those achievements mean to me, the people matter just as much. Baseball has given me lifelong friends and a social life built around a shared love of the game. That’s something I want more people to have the chance to experience.
Why I started Baseball Hitters Factory
During my time in baseball, I’ve seen how expensive and difficult it can be to get started and keep developing. Finding equipment that is good enough to begin with, without breaking the bank, can be a challenge. For players looking to progress, the cost of higher-quality equipment can be another hurdle.
I started Baseball Hitters Factory with a simple vision: to help make baseball more accessible and affordable for players, clubs and teams.
Whether you’re picking up a bat for the first time or working towards playing at the highest levels, my aim is to help you access the quality you need without having to save for months. And when an essential piece of equipment needs replacing unexpectedly, I want that to feel less like a financial setback.
Helping more people play
This store is my way of working towards that vision. Baseball has given me unforgettable moments, lasting friendships and opportunities to help others improve. I hope Baseball Hitters Factory can help more people get into the game, stay in it and see how far they can go.
